Our goal in creating this contemporary espresso is to selectively source coffees that are sweet, fruity and chocolatey. We carefully and lightly roast these unique coffees to unlock their full potential without compromising flavour. Roasting this way is a delicate and painstaking process that requires skill and precision - no two coffees ever roast the same way. This espresso is nuanced and balanced with multi dimensional acidity, candy-like sweetness and a rich chocolate body. Echo espresso also works great as a filter/drip coffee.
