Our goal in creating this traditional espresso is to selectively source an exceptional South American & Central American coffee, then roast these coffees to a medium level to bring out their distinctive character. This espresso is sweet, nutty and chocolatey with muted acidity and a heavy body that shines through in milk drinks. Analog espresso works well as an espresso and as a drip/filter coffee.
