Coffee production has been in the Barbosa family for four generations.  Quality control is taken at every step of the way and this is evident in the cup.  This coffee was processed using an unique aerobic fermentation method which produced some incredible fruit forward flavours - mango, guava, berry etc.  It is a big, sweet & juicy coffee that one wouldn’t normally expect from this origin.
